Been doing my work experience this week. First week has been at channel 4 which in some ways is great for example the building is amazing! It has a massive 4 on the outside, like you know the ones you see on TV and then lifts on the outside so you can see below you whilst going up, which for some people apparently is a nightmare but I thoroughly enjoy. The best thing about it is all the freebees I've been receiving: benefit makeup, clinique lipstick, olay foundation, lush shampoo, tons of eyeliner etc etc. I'm working in the section '4beauty' which makes me sound like a total dumbass who wants to be a beautitian when she grows up, but it's not like that at all.

However, when I tell people I'm working at channel 4 they always think it's going to be really glamorous and I'm going to meet loads of famous people. Unfortunately it's not like that at all and to be honest I can't even really be bothered to make many friends around the office. It's okay work but it's the perks that keep me going, keep me awake! My hours are sooo long. And I won't get used to lonely lunches haha
