1. China - best moments were almost getting arrested and paying 50 yuan for a mans honour, going on the peddle boats at summer palace.. probably the most blissful hour of my life, fucking around with the americans in the hotel till they threatened to call the police and looking up the great wall of china, some places you only think you'll ever see on a postcard.
2. Wales - staying with cute little kids, always a joy.. and a relief when they go to bed. When you think wales, admittedly most people think shithole but the place I go is literally just lovely beaches and a pint and a bag of crisps on the sea wall.
3. Underage Festival - Playing before Akala was a great feeling, and seeing and meeting him of course. But the best bits of that day were Crystal Castles (the most intense gig I've ever been to) we were spitting black afterwards and could hardly breathe and Darwin Deez who do amazing choregraphed dancing between sets.
4. France - Highlights were definately my dad trying to show off on one of those outward bounds mountian bikes and breaking his arm and this physco cat attacking my dog and then my mum!
5. About 20 of us jumping the wall of Fabric and therefore getting in for free, and on that note LGC Major Lazer was obviously crease
6. Reading Festival was the best weekend of my life! Libertines and Arcade Fire were absolutely incredible! Other sets I loved were: Klaxons, Foals (who got everyone to sit down for Spanish Sahara), Cypress Hill, Maccabees, Queens of the Stone Age, Gallows (disguised as 'The Rats'), Egyptian Hip Hop etc.
